House rules

Dear guests!

You are about to spend your holidays in a private apartment. We are committed to creating a welcoming environment and hope that you can spend beautiful and recreational days in our house.

The house rules you are about to read are meant to be a support for a harmonious stay. We have listed some rules and hope that - with understanding - they will be followed. With respectful use of the apartment, you will help us to be able to provide you with high-quality holiday accommodation in the future as well.

General:

If there is something wrong with the apartment or you need help, do not hesitate to contact us. All objects inside the apartment or that are part of it, which are located on the balcony or terrace can be used by guests. Please use the inventory with care and please ensure that your travel companions do so too and respect the rules of conduct.

Kitchen:

Please pay attention that only clean dishes will be put back in the cupboards, the same goes for cutlery, pots and equipment that you have used.

Garbage:

Separate waste collection: We separate into: plastic, metal, paper and residual waste. Trash cans are located within walking distance of the property.

Dear smoker:

Smoking is not permitted in our apartment. Any damage, such as burn marks and holes in or on the furniture, floor, linen, tablecloths, etc., must accordingly be invoiced at the replacement value. This is not included in the rent.

However on the terrace you can smoke safely. An ashtray is also available. Bath:
Please do not dispose of hygiene products or meal leftovers down the toilet. Rest period:

In the spirit of good neighborliness, we ask that the night's rest be respected from 10pm to 7am and the siesta from 1pm to 3pm. Damage:

Nobody intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something breaks once. We would be grateful if you inform us of the damage immediately so that it will not be discovered until after your departure by doing the final cleaning.

Diligence of the good father of a family:

Windows and doors must be closed upon exit to avoid damage that may result from bad weather. Please make sure that for the period of absence the light is switched off - Environment and landlord are grateful to you.

The landlord is not responsible for the guest's valuables.

WIFI connection, sheets, towels, crockery and final cleaning are included in the price.

Arrival and departure:

Basically, on the day of arrival, the apartment is ready by 3.30 pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10.00 am, so that cleaning can proceed in a regular manner.

Pets:

For hygiene reasons, pets are allowed in the apartments up to a maximum of 1.

With the booking of the apartment, it is assumed that the house rules are acknowledged and confirmed.
